1Agreement

These terms are between you and Ploutiq. By creating an account or using ploutiq.com, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2What PLoutIQ is

PLoutIQ aggregates public market data — company fundamentals, prices, SEC filings, institutional 13F holdings, insider transactions and congressional trading disclosures — and presents it alongside ratings, screeners and analysis we generate from it. It also provides personal tools for tracking a portfolio and planning your finances.

It is an information service. It is not a broker, not a dealer, not an investment adviser, and not a financial institution. It cannot execute trades and never holds your money.

3Not investment advice

This is the most important clause here, so it is stated at length rather than buried.

• Every rating, grade, band, score, signal and piece of written analysis on PLoutIQ is general information. None of it is tailored to your circumstances, your risk tolerance, your tax position or your objectives, because we do not know them.
• Nothing on PLoutIQ is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, or to adopt any investment strategy.
• Our ratings are produced by automated models from historical and reported data. Models are simplifications. They can be wrong, and they can be wrong consistently in ways that are not obvious.
• Some analysis is generated by AI systems. AI output can contain errors and should be verified against the underlying filings before you rely on it.
• Past performance does not indicate future results. Following what an insider, fund or politician did is not a strategy with any guaranteed outcome, and their disclosed trades are reported after the fact.
• Investing carries risk, including total loss of capital. Consult a licensed financial adviser who knows your situation before acting.

4Data accuracy and timing

PLoutIQ presents data as reported by its sources. We do not audit it and we do not guarantee it is accurate, complete or current. In particular:

• 13F institutional holdings are filed up to 45 days after quarter end and are already stale when published. They show long positions in listed equities only — not shorts, not cash, not bonds, not anything held outside the reporting regime. They are not a fund's portfolio.
• Insider transactions and congressional trades appear only after the filer discloses them, and disclosure deadlines vary.
• Prices may be delayed. PLoutIQ is not a real-time trading terminal and must not be used as one.
• Filings are sometimes amended, restated or filed with errors. When we detect and correct such an error, historical figures you saw earlier may change.

Verify anything you intend to act on against the original filing.

5Your account

You must be 18 or older. Give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person — do not share logins.

6Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract data from PLoutIQ.
• Resell, redistribute or republish our ratings, scores or analysis, or build a competing product from them.
• Share, sublicense or provide access to your account.
• Reverse engineer the platform, or attempt to reconstruct our rating methodologies from their outputs.
• Interfere with the service, circumvent rate limits or entitlement checks, or probe our infrastructure without written permission.
• Use PLoutIQ unlawfully, including in breach of securities laws or sanctions that apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.

7Plans and payment

PLoutIQ offers free and paid tiers. Feature availability by tier is shown in the product and may change as the platform develops.

Where a paid subscription applies, the price, billing period and renewal terms are those shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

8Your data and our data

The financial information you enter stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and run the features you use. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The platform itself — the software, the interface, the rating methodologies and everything we generate — belongs to Ploutiq. Underlying market data belongs to its respective providers and is used under licence. Your access does not transfer any ownership.

9Third-party sources

PLoutIQ depends on external data providers and on public filings. If a provider changes, degrades or withdraws a feed, features that depend on it may change or disappear. We will not always be able to give notice.

10Availability

We work to keep PLoutIQ running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ploutiq is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of PLoutIQ — including any arising from reliance on a rating, signal, score or analysis, or from data that turns out to be inaccurate, delayed or incomplete.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to. Sections 3, 4, 8, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

14Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use PLoutIQ after that means you accept the updated terms.
